These two met in grade 8 English Class and it was ‘love at first sight’……well, for Sean it was! He had eyes on her for years and Tina took a few years to make up her mind, but she did agree to go to prom with him. It wasn’t until years later that Sean had finally won her heart for good! The two of them were downtown and Sean asked a homeless man to serenade them. Sean grabbed Tina’s hand and asked her to dance, while the man sang “Harvest Moon” by Neil Young. Now the two of them live together in a gorgeous apartment overlooking the water in New Westminster and their love has grown stronger and stronger.
Tina is the youngest of 3 sisters and was her parent’s last little girl to get married. Her dad was dressed up ready to go and stood there waiting for his daughter. Her mom linked arms with her daughter and walked her toward her dad. I don’t think he was expecting to feel so emotional when he saw his baby girl!

Meanwhile Sean, his brother and his closest buddies from school were pretty excited about their opportunity to wear a kilt for the day! These guys were a lot of fun!Tina looked absolutely ravishing and you could tell that Sean thought so too! He was beaming!
We stopped by where these two have made so many great memories, walking down the New Westminster Quay! What a gorgeous spot to call home! There is no manly way to sit in a kilt! Ode to a Bloom did an UNBELIEVABLE job with all the floral at this wedding! INCREDIBLE!!We couldn’t get over all the gorgeous colors and the stunning BC scenery!!
Swaneset Bay Resort and Country Club is definitely one of our all-time favorite venues!! And Ode to a Bloom took everything to a whole new level with the gorgeous floral!
Hansel and Gretel Bakery always does a great job with their wedding cakes!! LOVED all the gold detailing!! When we walked into the room and saw that David from Painted Frog Entertainment was taking care of the music and sound for the night, our eyes lit up! We’ve known David since we were teenagers and he is the best in the business!!
And guess what song these two did their first dance to…..”Harvest Moon” by Neil Young…the same song that the dear homeless man sang to them years before!
