Due to circumstances our of their control, Lally & Chantelle ended up looking for a photographer just a few short days before their wedding, and we happened to be available for their date so we made it happen! The best part was just how quickly we clicked with them, and how natural it felt on the wedding day anyways! It was honestly just like any other client that we’ve known for the year before their wedding…just crammed into a few days!
When it came to their wedding, they knew exactly what they wanted, and it was a pleasure to see that all unfold! Not to mention these two are like models and pretty much the easiest people to photograph ever!
Their wedding was split into two days, so we’ll start with the first day in the post and cover the reception next!
We started off at the hotel with the girls and Lally’s parents house with the guys
Then it was off to the Kingdom Hall for their ceremony. It was so amazing to see how much respect they have for their religion and the role that marriage plays in it. They are truly inspiring and aim to be the best people they can be for each other and for God.
Then we headed back to Lally’s parent’s property for family photos, but because we got locked out at the gate we did some photos along the side of the road. It was a blessing in disguise because this was such a beautiful place for photos of the two of them!
We made it into the property and got to trample down some shrubs to get to the perfect places for portraits of the new husband and wife!
Another amazing thing about Lally is just how much he appreciates the business that allows his family to thrive. He has a deep love for the process of farming and really cares about the impact that they have on the environment. It was so great to hear the stories of his dad teaching him throughout the years how to work hard and provide for his family.
Lally’s one major request….Photos on the tractor! Love it! It was literally his childhood dream to have photos of him and his new wife on the tractor…we made it happen and I love it!
These are the smiles of the happiest people on earth in this moment!
