Westwood Plateau Wedding: Chris & Kristen

I just love these two!! Chris & Kristen are two of the most down-to-earth, caring and FUN couples!! Matt & I had such an enjoyable time hanging out with them as well as their family & friends for their special day. While I was with the boys, Matt was with the beautiful bride and bridesmaids as they finished getting ready!

Think this is one of my very favorite shots of the year. I love the story it tells. I love how the focus isn’t on the busyness of the girls getting ready, but of Kristen’s dad and the deep emotion he has as he’s preparing to give his daugther away.

We all met up together at the beautiful Barnet Marine Park. They couldn’t wait to see each other!

It’s not every day that you see bridesmaid dresses with pockets AND the Brides!! They loved them! They were very handy for keeping kleenex for this emotional day.

The ceremony & reception were held at the beautiful Westwood Plateau in Coquitlam. Carisa Didoshak is the head coordinator and she is such a joy to work with! Kristy and Chic & Unique did an amazing job with the elegant decor.

Of course we can’t end a night on a beautiful golf course without sparkler photos!
