Matt & Ashley get engaged!!

What an amazing opportunity!! Matt & Ashley were at a wedding we shot recently and at the reception Matt pulled me aside to tell me his idea to propose to Ashley up at the family cabin during Thanksgiving! If I wasn’t a photographer, I would probably be a spy, so I usually take every opportunity I can to use my spy talents.

I woke up early that morning and drove 4-5 hours up to the lake where it was all going to happen. The day wasn’t the prettiest of days…it was pretty rainy, but thankfully Ashley was still up for the horseback ride that Matt had planned.
