Mark and Natasha – Mayan Riviera Wedding

What a privilege it is to get to travel with a couple and their closest friends to Mexico for their wedding! Tasha is a wedding photographer from Virginia, and she had me at hello when she asked me to photograph her wedding in Mexico! It’s always such an honor (not to mention the pressure!) to photograph another wedding photographers wedding!

We had an amazing week at the Hard Rock Hotel in Mayan Riviera, even though I forgot black socks for the wedding day 😉

Here’s a glimpse in to Mark and Tasha’s big day!

Tasha was sneaky and gave Mark a decoy gift in the morning. I think I would have been pretty stoked out of my mind to get these killer Oakley’s as a gift, but the funny part of it was that she gave it to him in the same bag that he gave his gift to her in…so he thought she must have just ran over and bought them from the Resort Store that morning and didn’t even have a bag! haha…his real gift is coming later on at the reception!

Look at that Trinity Knot! Tom did an amazing job tying these difficult tie knots for all the guys!

Tasha is “All about the bling, ’bout the bling, no treble” so she LOVED her gift!

What a beautiful spot for their ceremony, overlooking the ocean in a huge Gazebo!

Then, of course, Tasha got the party started with her party dress! No shortage of BLING!

And now for Mark’s gift – Season Tickets to his favorite team!
