Cedar Creek Winery Wedding: Jason & Desaray

We felt like we were doing a wedding in a far off tropical location, but we only had to drive 4 hours from our home!! We have been LOVING our Okanagan weddings this year as it has given us a chance to have a little getaway of our own and the vineyards and beautiful lakes have made for some gorgeous backdrops for photos!

It is always extra fun when we know people in the wedding! Jason (the groom) and a lot of his friends grew up with Matt, as most of them were close friends with Matt’s brother, Daryl. We had a very warm welcome when we arrived and we had a blast with the whole wedding party!

We started at The Cove Lakeside Resort where all of the wedding party was getting ready! The guys and ladies were right across the hall from each other getting ready in their separate suites. Guys were busy trying to all lace their sneakers the same way, while Desaray and the bridesmaids were having their hair and make-up done while enjoying champagne!

Cedar Creek Estate Winery was breath-taking!! It ended up being one of our favorite ceremony venues!! Luachmhar Marketing & Events and the team at Cedar Creek Estate Winery made everything look perfect!!

The stunning bride made the walk to the aisle and Jason’s face lit up!!







Matt grew up in Poco, but I didn’t realize how much of a “thing” it was until we were at this wedding! This group of guys, along with many others are a proud tribe! Randomly throughout the day, you’d be hearing cheers for “Southside Poco!”











Two Eagles Golf Course was looking mighty fine when we arrived! This beautiful venue is surrounded in sliding windows with a stunning view of the golf course. Everything looked extra gorgeous with all of the white decor.

Not sure if this was planned on purpose, but the kids table was right NEXT to this AH-MAZING treat table! The kids were so patient and waited until the end of the night when it was time to enjoy!! Sugar Mama Treats did an incredible job!




I think this guy was one of our favorite dancers of the year! He danced for 3 hours straight and his moves were awesome!
