Richmond Country Club Wedding: Derrick & Emily

Matt first met Derrick & Emily when he was shooting a wedding in Cuba! We love destination weddings as they are a chance for us to really get to know the couple and their family and friends!

It was now Derrick & Emily’s turn to tie the knot and we couldn’t have been more excited!! Once everyone was ready, the guys had some work to do in order for Derrick to see his bride!! They managed to get through all of the challenges the brides had for them and Derrick walked in the room to see Emily and she looked breath-taking!!

What a fun first spot for photos….The Vancouver Aquarium!!

Next, we traveled to a few great spots throughout Stanley Park!!

We love the Chinese traditions. The next stop for the group was Derrick’s parents for a tea ceremony with his family. Emily changed into her beautiful red dress! Emily’s family tea ceremony followed at the Richmond Country Club. It was amazing how much was accomplished even before the ceremony!

This was the first ceremony for theRichmond Country Club out on the patio and it was amazing!! Matt was even able to sneak on the roof for some different shots!

This group was SO FUN!! The wedding party each made their grand entrance in their own, unique, FUN way!! As you can tell by the Hulk mask!
