Whonnock Lake Wedding: Esther & Brian

Ahh what an amazing wedding Brian & Esther had at beautiful Whonnock Lake!! They actually live in Ontario, but Esther grew up here! The wedding ceremony was beautifully set up on the patio outside the hall. Everything was perfect and then…..it rained! We tried to just delay the ceremony a bit, but the rain didn’t stop! Good ol’ Vancouver! Esther was so laid back about everything, but she had really wanted an outdoor wedding, so a bunch of just moved all of the wedding chairs and decor to the dock covered by trees, it ended up being intimate and beautiful! You could tell that this girl is a planner and just put so much thought into all the details of the day! Definitely love this tradition of writing letters to each other and sealing them up with a bottle of wine to open on their 10th anniversary or if things start to get tough. Loved their table numbers!! For each table number they put a photo of each of them at that age. So for Table 12, they put picture of them at 12 years old!

Esther and Brian had an AH-Mazing live band to get everyone on their feet dancing!! Check out Side One – we’d highly recommend them! Great performers!
